If you had 1 slashed tyre on your car, would you go and slash all the other tyres? The obvious answer is no, but yet when people have one bad week, they self sabotage and ruin the next 3 weeks. If you've had a bad week of training, or nutrition, or sleep, etc. Draw a line in the sand and get back into good habits. Be honest with yourself and work out why you messed up your training, eating etc. Was it the people you were hanging around with? Was it laziness? Was it greed? Was it that you don't actually no the reason you are training, or getting in good shape? Get to the bottom of it and from there you can figure out what you need to do to have less bad weeks. 1. Draw a line in the sand and get into good habits 2. Figure out the reason you allowed yourself to slip 3. Put measures in place in response to your findings 4. Set yourself a goal with a time constraint 5. Do everything you can to hit that goal to the best of your abilities
