Fitness Prerequisites
13 minute mile and a half
30 press ups in 2 minutes
30 sit ups in 2 minutes
3 pull ups
If you can't hit these we can accommodate but get as close as possible
Refund Policy
Non refundable deposit of £295
If cancelled 21 days or less before the event then no refund is given due to Complete Commando making custom welcome packs for the individual on sign up and committed spend to accommodation and instructors
